Missing the Tyrannosaurus

Christmas gift for my nephew. Upon opening it and constructing the dinosaurs it was evident that the set was missing the Tyrannosaurus, and instead had two Monoclonius toy dinosaurs. Obviously, any child would be very disappointment that their set did not have the T-Rex. No response from either Macy's or Cowin's support services.
