Received Damaged Product
Damaged Product! The colors are beautiful, but the product is damaged. There is a section where there are broken white pieces of what I believe is makeup of some sort. Some of it is completely crushed into powder, very messy. It is in the bottom little drawer, where the makeup applicators are inside. Can you please inform me what the white makeup is for so that I can request from Macy's to replace that part of the product? Also, I am filling out this form on a desktop browser. I am able to fill out all of the areas above the submit button that says submit your reviews as infinity. But I see below there is a number two that says other details (optional). But I am unable to scroll down to see what else there is. So you may want to tell your web design folks about this issue.

A Great Deal in a Small Package

Disappointed customer
This was obviously old! When I opened it the eyeshadows were crumbly and a couple of them empty and powdered particles all over the tray. The next tray was worst with all of the pieces everywhere!! This was devastating as Macy’s is a reliable trusted store and I have been a customer for many years. Very disappointed!!!
