More than a laptop backpack!

I used the Crew Executive Choice Slim Laptop Backpack for 5 weeks recently involving 4 international and 9 in-country flights. It was comfortable and held all of my essentials and an extra outfit (just in case my checked bag didn't make it!). The internal and external pockets are well thought out, and made access to things easy and consistent. The zippers are heavy duty and I expect this backpack will last for many more travels.

This backpack looks sleek, it

This backpack looks sleek, it surprisingly holds so many things. Ive traveled with it bringing my laptop, switch, 2books, chargers and many other items. It fits perfectly under the plane seats. It is important to me to keep my laptop safe and it provides all around cushion coverage even on the bottom. Its comfortable to wear, the straps feel great on shoulders and hands. Holds onto suitcase perfectly too without swimming around. Overall, super happy with this purchase.

Faulty Product (sunglasses pocket)

The sunglasses pocket zipper keeps popping open in the middle and does not stay secure. I plan to exchange the backpack, but I haven’t had time to go through the process yet. I hope the replacement works better.

Misled

Back pack purchased did not include all the features described on the info tag attached to the item I received. I recently purchased travel pro luggage at a luggage store prior to purchasing the back pack on line and thought the same quality/value would be the same as the items purchased at the luggage store. I was wrong and felt misled.
