BOOOOOOO Macy's.

Item ordered 11/04 for a birthday present 6 year old. FINALLY arrived 11/13 too late for party. Item ordered was a crocs backpack . Item received was a fanny pack. 30$ difference in price. I called the help line and could not understand the clerk. the clerk just sent me a return label and hung up. Which I have to drive a long distance to a facility to send back . TOTALLY Macy's fault. Apparently they don't hire people that can read nor do they double check orders nor do they care. I taped all up and spent my gas to get to facility to return. BOOOOO Macys glad to cut up store credit card.

Nice backpack

I loved having it for a week, even though it was dropped off at my neighbor's house. It was my favorite color, but it's small and not durable. The stitching on the bottom zipper unstitched within a week. It is sturdy like their shoes. I'm disappointed.
