Not Croscill branded and poor quality

I purchased two of these, one for each of my young adult children. First of all, when they come in, they are branded at Chappel Hill, Croscill is no where to be found. The comforter has a terrible smell, like a chemical of sorts. After airing it out, when placing it on a bed, it brushed against the corner (not sharp) of a dresser, and it made a bad place, almost a tear. Do not buy. Based on they sale, we will keep, but will never buy Croscill from Macy's again.
