ANNIVERSARY GIFT

I lucked up and caught this beautiful item on sale as a gift for a loved one. I was a little bit afraid to purchase based on a bad review I read on the website. However, i am glad i made the purchase. this item is even more beautiful in person and the sparkle oh my. I am sure my loved one will be super surprised thanks Macys.

Unacceptable – Sent a Damaged and Dirty Bracelet

This is completely unacceptable. I received a bracelet that was clearly used – scratched, dirty, and nowhere near new condition. For a major retailer like Macy’s, this shows a serious lack of quality control. I paid for a new item, not something that looks like a return or floor sample. Extremely disappointed and will be returning immediately. Do better.
