Item too small

Item came in tiny plastic bag no box no tag, very smaller than picture, and Macy’s employee even didn’t know how to return the item. Keep asking about tagging.

Looks Better in The Picture

These look better in the picture than in real life. They are extremely light weight and had no backs so I just didn't feel comfortable keeping them. I sent them back because I was afraid I might lose them.
