do not buy gold tone

this ring is very pretty and you would think that the gold tone wouldn't fade after wearing it one time. literally that is whst happened. Do not buy in the gold tone. Buy the silver one. a person admired my ring and then remarked, "oh wow, looks like the gold is coming off. I hope your finger doesn't turn green". I almost died of embarrasment!!
