Nice to the touch but

these are sheer. I got the black, and grey along with the matching turtlenecks, as pictured. However, they are too sheer to even wear around the house with family. They are soft, and if you are wearing a long tunic, they will work fine. They will not keep you warm. For reference I am athletic, lean and tall. I got the medium in tops and bottoms for my frame, 5’8, 155 lbs. They would have been sheer even had I gotten the large, as the medium was roomy for a legging.

Order Canceled Without Notice

I placed an order with Macy’s and a week later found out it had been canceled without any notice. I only placed the order once, and I would expect at least a call or email to verify my information before canceling it. When I called customer service, I was told they simply needed to verify my information, which I provided. After being placed on hold for a while, I was told the order was canceled and there was nothing they could do. I don’t understand why I even have a Macy’s card if I can’t complete a basic purchase. This experience is unacceptable. I’ll be canceling my Macy’s card and taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for nothing.
