Holidaypan

Nice, sturdy, heavyweight pan. Reasonably priced. Based on a long history with Cuisinart products, exceptional results, this pan was selected with a non-stick, removable bottom. Plan to bake in it for the holidays. Confident it will perform with excellent results.

Truly nonstick

This tart pan is phenomenal. I'm that person who's usually too lazy to butter the bakeware. Even then my tart came out easily and slide off the pan with no problem. It's well made and is of a thick material; not something flimsy. You may need to put a pan underneath to make sure you don't accidentally move the detachable base before baking, but otherwise the removable base is a great feature for serving.

I have not used this yet in fairness; however, it appears to be a nice tart pant for my purposes.

Terrific Tart Pan

I’ve been wanting a tart pan with a removable bottom for a very long time and I am so glad I found this one a a great price. It’s exactly what I needed.
