Love it but no longer ignites

I adore this fire pit but after a couple of years with only light use, the igniter no longer works. I can’t seem to find a replacement part for it. I have kept the cover on it. I’m not quite sure why the igniter has gone bad but it has been a couple years. I wouldn’t mind replacing the igniter but will not be buying another if I can’t get replacement parts to extend the life of the product. For the price of this fire pit, I expect it to last more than just a couple years.

was given as gift for my birthday. Took over 3 hours to assemble. the instruction illustration could be vague . An assembly video would be very helpful. The SS screw through P is not l0ng enough for the wing nut so i had to go to the hardware store to get a longer one

Happy with fire pit once assembled

Bought as a Christmas present for a townhouse backyard. The Cuisinart fire pit provides safety features when kids are around, plenty of heat and entertainment without being too big. It was a real pain to assemble and accommodations had to be made to complete finishing the pit, not all pieces lined up properly..

Defective

It was defective, which was a big disappointment as it took quite a while to get it assembled but it looked great when finished. Unfortunately, after calling Cuisinart, I was told that the replacement part was not available and to return it. To their credit, Macy's did accept the return without issue but in terms of the product, cannot give it a high rating.

Great for chilly nights.

I’ve never had a propane fire pit before but thought I would try one. This is perfect for those chilly nights when you want to sit outside and relax under the stars. I like the feature if it tips over it automatically shuts off. I was a little intimidated by the big box but it wasn’t too hard to put together. I will definitely enjoy using this more often. After busy days at work it’s nice to relax.

This fire pit is a perfect addition to any backyard. The look is absolutely gorgeous and it provides a fair amount of heat as well which makes it perfect for chilly nights outside in the spring or fall.

Looks amazing on our deck!

This looks amazing out on our deck! This was pretty easy for me to put together. Took about an hour give or take a few child interruptions. This feels really sturdy and well put together. I like that it has a safety tip feature so that if it does fall over it turns off. I wish there was a cover over the stones though. Curious kids will learn quickly not to touch again but I would like it for when it is not running and the kids take off with the stones. Propane run so we can adjust the heat. I see a lot of use coming from this and so happy we got it!

Attractive And Functional

I really have wanted a fire pit for quite some time. The design is very well thought out and commands attention on my deck. I love that it has a tilt-safety feature, so if it is on and it’s tipped over, it goes out. Now that I have this,? I’m going to need to up the ante and buy better deck chairs as we plan to be out on the deck more. I can foresee many nights spent year-round relaxing and sipping our drinks. If I had one negative thing to point out, I’d suggest that it comes with an optional grate or door for people with little ones.
