Amazing

I would say this toaster has great quality, and so far has been amazing and for a good price too. Love how there are different options to select on the toaster and the product looks amazing. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Best toaster

This is the best toaster which I have purchased in a long time. It does exactly what I want it to do. And it is small and does NOT take up all my countertop space. I love it.

Uneven toast.

For the first couple times I used it the lever would stick in the down position. After forcing it up a couple times it started popping up okay. Biggest issue is no matter what setting I use it toasts very uneven. Dark on one side light or not toasted at all on the other.

Not like the past ones

I'm very sad that this is more flimsy and doesn't put the toast down on the first try - sometimes 3-4 tries and only toasts on one side. I should have just kept my old one.

Uneven toasting

We bought this to replace an older model of the same toaster because the older toaster did. It toast on both sides of the bread evenly. We were disappointed to find out this new model also did. To toast evenly at all. We had to return it.
