I wish I could return this product. Disappointed with this product. I bought it in August. Every time I used ginger and carrots the machine got stuck and stopped disposing any juice or vegetables of fruits. I had to constantly stop the juicer to clean it out. Very frustrating . I thought this machine would work for me but it did not.

I used this product today and produced a lovely juice. Easy to use and a dream to clean. I see it’s discontinued but I am sure there’s an even more improved model. I’m very happy but so easy to clean

Very defective and poor quality. It stopped working within a few months after purchase. It won't turn on anymore. I don't recommend this item.

Barely used and got broke down, upper lid got crack by juicing the carrots.

Overall a good juicer
I am using this juicer almost daily. I juice anything from fruit to root veggies. It is easy to take apart, clean, and reassemble. My one concern is that where the spinning piece pulls the produce down it seems to always have fluid under this piece when I remove it for cleaning. I think this should be improved as below this piece is a little rubber flap and below that it leads to the motor.
