Very disappointed
Bought this coffee maker in July - 2 months ago - and the program features no longer work, and I can't return it.

Cuisinart never fails! Macys had better pricing than Williams Sonoma on this particular machine. User-friendly with a sleek look. I am very happy with the purchase. If you purchase had that Biltmore in Arizona, there are no sales reps on the third floor. I had to check out on the second floor.

BAD Design on Carafe Spout and Machine Lid
Very disappointed in my new coffee maker. Coffee overflows the spout every time and spills unless you pour VERY slowly. Water spills when filling the tank, and coffee spills when filling a cup. Bought this several weeks ago to replace a years-old 12 cup Quisinart drip coffee maker. The older machine lid opened more than 90°. The new machine lid only opens straight up which makes it harder to fill water than the old one.

We love our Cuisinart!
We've had our Cuisinart for just about a month and we are very pleased with it. The quality of this product is excellent and sturdy and thus far, it performs exactly as advertised. And the coffee....is so good!

Nice looking; a few drawbacks
The coffeemaker is nice looking and appears to be able to function as intended. I like that it came with a coffee scoop and a starter water filter and also that you can turn off the beeper that indicates that the brewing is done. I am not thrilled that for the cost it’s made mostly of thin cheap feeling plastic. Another thing I don’t care for is that the pot lid doesn’t flip up. You must remove the lid to fill the pot and also to wash it. Nothing horrible but just a bit annoying.
