great processor, okay manual
Just what I wanted from a food processor: it grated my potato and onion quickly and efficiently. I took off a star because the manual, while incredibly detailed about techniques like how to prepare fruits/vegetables for processing or how to knead dough, neglected to explain how to set up the grating disc, which is not intuitive if you've only ever used a food processor for slicing with a blade before. For setting up for grating, the manual simply says "Insert a slicing or shredding disc, put the cover on the work bowl, and insert the prepared food in the feed tube" and it barely mentions the second piece (the stem) at all.

You won’t regret buying this!
I’m so excited I bought this food processor. For me, a food processor is the most useful kitchen appliance. I especially love the large capacity and powerful motor of this food processor. I make doughs, pie and pizza crusts etc. I look forward to many years of use.

Always Buy Cuisinart!
Or first Cuisinart food processor lasted for over 30 years so I knew replacing it with another one was a no brainer. The constructions is almost industrial. Very solid. Very powerful. Clean looking. Simple design.

Essential for dips. Try muhammara its so good.
My old food processor was too small, I use to have to divide ingredients and do half at a time, another one I had was so loud I gave it away. This 14 cup is marvelous, no dividing and quiet.

It met every expectation!

It’s simply the best.
I fell in love! Quiet and efficient. I was using 12 cup one with adjustable discs and with a dough blade for 15!years. The blades were dull but I spent my 15 years of marriage with this machine so I didn’t want to let go. The plastic parts were broken and I had to press it in for it to work so I knew it was time. So I bought this one. I was afraid I was going to hate it because I liked the one I had… After trying it out for the first time, I was pleasantly content even without the adjustable discs and dough blade. Very quiet and works wonderfully! I made dough, shredded cabbage in 2 different discs, I made salsa, it’s been fantastic.
