Good in look and quality, but no dry cooking. It will burn and stick to the bottom. But cooking with water or little moisture, its fine. Anodized is non-sticky, but this is not

I love my pot set i wish it had more lids to fit the pots. They are so pretty and easy to clean.

We were very excited to purchase these as we thought they would be a great product. However, we?ve have had them for four months and they already look 20 years old. All of the pans are stained and will not come clean. This happened probably after the third use-very surprised to see the staining and residue. Everything we cook shows in these pans. We?ve tried everything to get them clean yet Nothing works. Yes we know not to scorch them....
We?re shocked at the cuisinart brand on such a cheap product. Will be throwing away and buying new.

I bought this set for my kitchen. My son saw it and feel in love with it. I bought for him as a Christmas gift. I bought again for my friend as a wedding gift.

I got these as a gift from my boyfriend. Besides the full pot set I received the work and large multi purpose pan in January.
It's April and the beautiful black coating is peeling off the wok. I know how to cook with stainless steel and they have never been in the dishwasher as I hand wash and towel dry all my pots.
Disappointed as they are gorgeous- will definitely seek a replacement.

...And I love it! I'm very much used to cooking with non-stick pans because I couldn't ever figure out how to use stainless steel. I saw this gorgeous set on sale and decided to get my very first adult set of pots and pans even though they were stainless steel. Maybe its because I'm lacking in the brain cell department, but I didn't realize there was an art to cooking with stainless steel. I'm embarrassed Ive made it this far without figuring it out! After reading up on how to properly cook with this set, I marched over to the stove, heated the pan to medium heat, added in a bit of oil and fried myself the best egg- sunny side up I've eve had! I have an old electric stove, and it takes forever for my pans to heat up, but I was surprised by how quickly and even the pan got. This not only worked better than any of my non-stick pans but it was easier to clean.If a doofus beginner like me approves, then its safe to say this is a quality set of pans!

Beautiful looking pans for use on an induction cook top. I have never cooked on high and they still have spots in the bottom and a milky film. You cannot fry bacon or sausage without everything sticking and forget trying to fry an egg afterwards. I'll probably return the set as I am not happy with the performance of the pans. If I could only return the skillets I would live with the other problems as I have had to buy a new skillet (red copper makes a great one for induction and you can fry bacon and eggs with no problems). I would not buy these again.
