Blade Bent
Received as a gift. Used it one time and the small chopper blade bent. Worked great until the malfunction.

Blade broke

Not versatile enough
I got this to replace a different cuisinart product where the plastic started chipping off. I assumed the blade sizes were the same but this one doesn’t make small dices, only medium and large. I wish I could buy a blade to make small dices as this is far less useful to me than my previous model. I will probably give it away and look for something else.

Weak blades
I bought this a week ago and the first time I used it with the big blade it was fine. Like others, the small blade bent this time chopping a small onion and is now useless. Thought buying a name brand might up the quality but that is not the case. The cheap one I had previously lasted a couple of years

I believe the product would have been better if the chopper was removable for through cleaning.

Great while it lasted
Loved using this for the month I’ve had it - but like other users the blades popped off while chopping vegetables. I also can’t find anywhere online to buy new inserts, probably because they want you to buy a whole new one when this one inevitably breaks.
