Longevity with flavor

This is our 3rd SS-10 over the past 14 years. The other two have been remarkably good. They have brewed many thousands of cups of delicious coffee with only a rare hiccup. We tried another brand after the first one died but the coffee was not the same and we quickly bought another S-10.

This one is a warranty replacement as the original after about 8 months started making a weird noise and no water came out of it. Up until this it functioned flawlessly, we really like the ease of use, and hope to get years of service from this new brewer.

A Big Improvement

So far it is much better than previous K-cup brewers. I’ve had at least four Keurigs and none lasted longer than two years and they never brewed a hot cup of coffee. At last my coffee is hot and doesn’t require an immediate trip to the microwave. I also like the selection of available cup sizes. Hopefully the machine lasts.

Nice Appliance

Overall, the best appliance of this kind I have owned in sometime. I like the lighted screen, the spring on off button and the height of the cup area. Also like the clear, very visable water tank. However, the water tank lid is a poor fit and rattles badly. I wish they would have molded a handle into the water tank, and had a automatic "sleep" option so I could walk away when done, instead of having to shut it off everytime.

Versatile and efficient for daily use

I recently registered this brewer and have been very happy with its performance. It has a surprisingly small footprint for such a large water tank, which is a great space-saver. I love that it’s ready to brew the moment I turn it on, and the variety of cup sizes is very convenient.! The included loose-leaf adapter works very well and is a nice bonus. I also appreciate that I can use distilled water with this model. While it does make a bit of noise during operation, it’s not really a problem for us. We’ve had no issues with how it performs and would recommend it.
