Makes good kachunk

Very happy with this, solid, well built. Only sad I didn't wait a week cause they are 50% off now. Oh well, still an amazing purchase and anyone who sees these on sale and is on the fence should scoop them up. They really are quality.

Great Addition to Knife Block

Cuisinepro knives are of superior quality and very sharp and durable. I own the magnetic block with the six knives and just had to have this cleaver to complete my set. They are extremely well made Japanese steel easy to use and care for; well worth the price and I highly recommend. Great quality that will last. I wish I’d found them sooner and saved so much money because they’ll be the best and last knives I own.
