Ideal 3-Step Knife Sharpener

I like this 3- step Quisine::pro sharpener. This is my second one - I use it that frequently. I trust my better kitchen knives to it. It fits easily under a sink, and can also lay flat in a drawer, so always at hand. Note: it's a good sharpener for left handed folks. I'd give it a fifth star if it had a better rubber base on both undersides.
