Strong and durable knife
I had the opportunity to try out the cuisine pro Wolfgang starke cleaver and I was very impressed. The quality of the blade and sturdiness is unmatched. It made it easier to glide through my thicker poultry cuts. The handle has a comfortable hold and you can feel the weight of the knife but it’s not too excessive. Great knife for the kitchen!

Beautiful and lifetime guarantee!
The performance and durability of this Starke Cleaver was beyond my expectations! I found that the design was beautiful and well weighted. I do feel that this is designed with safety in mind, and love the lifetime guarantee warranty! I would say this could be used in many versatile ways, such as meats, melons, and more.

A solid cleaver!
This is a solid cleaver! It’s a nice size to cut a variety of foods from vegetables to cuts of meat! It’s a nice addition to my knife drawer (but keeping it in its box for storage!).

Sharp, Sturdy, Stable Knife
This is an amazing knife. Razor sharp, heavy, solid build so it seems very durable, long enough handle so it’s safe, the weight of it makes it feel very simple to use and due to its size and shape you can use it as one of your main kitchen knives!

Good quality clever
After reviewing this Wolfgang Starke Clever, I found that I really liked the weight of this Clever, it is nice and heavy but not too heavy and that made it easy to chop and dice with. It is of very good quality, well constructed, definitely feels as if it is built to last! A blade guard or sleeve would have been nice for storage and would be a great safety feature. The only downfall for me was that the blade was not sharp enough, I will definitely have to sharpen it before I use it again. I found this Clever was pretty dull compared to my everyday kitchen knife’s.

Love the knife
Oh yeah baby love the night. It is durable is very sharp is very economic is versible and is the maintenance is great. I love my knife shots out to anyone that receives this knife. I love it.
