The fabric of this dress is more plastic feeling and shinier than I expected. It also holds deep creases, so I'll have to be careful how I pack it. I was hoping for a more cotton-feeling fabric based on the photos, but I guess it's my fault for not reading the material specifications. But it fits well and is pretty flattering. The tummy area does billow out a little from the gathering, looking a bit like a tummy bulge, which is my only complaint on the fit. But it's not bad and I'll still wear the dress.
