Runs Large

I was so excited to receive this dress only to be disappointed. It runs large and is Not a minidress. I wear a size 10 and the medium dress swallowed me…the length was right above my knees. The material felt waterproof….I thought it would be cotton but that was my fault for not reading the product details. It’s beach wear. Sadly, I’m returning the dress.
