Runs big

It runs big. I requested a return label to exchange it to a M. . I was told someone was going to call me back from a third party. I never received the return label or call back. I’m having a hard time getting the return label. I called Macys back to explain I never got a call back. The Macys rep was not able to help me. I’m in hold for a long time trying to get this resolved. I needed it for my trip in 2 weeks. I hope I can get it before my trip. The quality is nice. I like the dress. It just runs big. They said that if I exchange it I will be refunded and recharged without the sale price. That is terrible customer service. Why can’t I get the same price I originally paid for , if I’m exchanging the item ! I regret to rate this as a terrible purchase experience

So cheap and seriously doubt this is safe.

The fabric feels like plastic and looks very cheap. I was really disappointed with the quality of this dress, it is nothing like what was advertised. Not what I would expect from Macy's.
