Not As Shown

The shower curtain I received has a see through upper portion, with the remaining curtain having the weave. Not what I expected! I cannot understand how a picture can be shown and the customer receives something completely different. I do not believe this is a case of the wrong item sent. I believe the curtain I received is what is being offered presently.,I am not sure if I will keep this or return. Very disappointing!
