Beautiful shoe. Just a little big

I am very sad that this shoe is half a size too big for me. They don't have half sizes, so I'm not sure if 1 whole size will be too small.

My refund

The shoes were beautiful but the sizing was off & I did contact the company to see if they had a bigger size I returned them and it's been since Dec 20th & today is Jan 16th. so I'm confused as to why I haven't received my refund so beware of this seller.

Not honoring a return

I purchased several pairs of shoes to try to match a dress for a special wedding event after obtaining them and obtaining the rest and alterations. I chose one of the pairs and needed to return a pair when I went to return it they said oh this is from outside seller we can’t return them. Why is Macy’s selling them? I purchased through Macy’s they received my money. Very disappointed that they do not stand behind all the products they sell. They should not sell items that they will not honor as a return as they receive my money I would not recommend purchasing items or making sure you checked that. It is not outside merchandiser for providing the product.
