Very happy!!

I’m very pleased with my new rug. Very little fumes from thejute. I did purchase the rug pad to keep the rug from moving. It adds charm and warmth to the room and is comfortable under foot.

My kitchen runner

This is so attractive, but it does have a few black thread ties/knots that show on the "right" side of the rug. Interestingly, the "wrong" side does not! Guess I'll remove the label and use that side for starters. . Nice to know that if it gets nicked up by shoes and dog paws, I can reverse it and possibly pull those threads through with a crochet hook. The edging is neat and attractive. The rug is a perfect match for my stone countertop and cream wallpaper. Love it! Great price.

Stylish Rug at a Great Price

This is the best-looking, softest, most stylish rug for our dining room! It was easy to install and has been holding up well for a month. It doesn't show dirt. Also, when I bought it the company was offering a discount with a code, which for some reason didn't come through on my order. So I called them and the company swiftly issued me a credit on my credit card for the full discount. Not many companies are so honorable. I was left with a very good impression.

Surprised by the iffy quality

Love the look of the black 9x12 but on arrival the selvedges were pulling in on both ends and many pieces of clear hot glue were visible on the front side. Over months of light wear the black weft yarn is springing up all over. Expected better quality.
