The colors in the stock photos look much more grey than the rug actually is so I recommend ordering a swatch to make sure the colors work in your space. The colors are more beige/greige than what the stock photos show. I ordered the blue version in 9x12 size, it shipped very fast and arrived in good condition. There is a slight musty warehouse smell to it that is dissipating as the rug airs out.I really love the pattern and colors of this rug in my space. The fibers are soft and it seems like this rug will hold up well. Since it is a wool rug, it does require slightly different care especially when it comes to vacuuming. You shouldn't use a standard carpet vacuum with a beater bar or you will snag this type of rug. There has been minimal shedding using my canister vacuum without a beater bar.

We are very happy with this rug. We bought two for either side of the bed. It looks great and feels good, especially with a pad, in slippers or bare feet. The construction seems durable.

Does not wear well at all
I was so happy when this rug arrived in April 2020 as it went so well in our living room. A little over a year later and it looks like I've have had it for years. A lot of pulls and pilling in the rug. The first few pulls, I used a small crochet hook to loop them back in to avoid cutting them. There are just far too many to keep that up, they are all over the place We have 2 small dogs and we keep their nails trimmed so not sure why this inexpensive rug looks as bad as it does. So disappointed in the quality as was my first rug from Annie Selke.

When I first got this rug I was so excited! I loved the style. After owning for almost two years the colors have really faded and it looks so worn and has pills. We've had it in indirect sun in our family room. Now need a new rug- disappointed.

The cream sections of this rug are yellow/tan. I bought two and I am disappointed the color varied so much from the monitor and catalog. It also sheds too much.

I have had this rug now for 4 months and vacuum it daily because it sheds so badly. I have carpet fibers all over my house and my kids can not sit on it unless they want coated in fibers. It fills up my vacuum each time.

LOVE this rug. Simply beautiful. However, the dust!!! We vacuumed it three times yet my furniture is still covered.Any suggestions?
