I have been using this product daily since I received it, and I love it. It’s very easy to set up, and also easy to use! There aren’t a lot of components which I like, and I’ve been practicing how to make the perfect espresso at home to save money at the coffee shops. I recommend!

Love this!
I love this espresso machine! It saves me so much money. I love making lattes and mochas at home. It’s quiet and works quickly. I also have love how it looks on my counter. It’s easy to use. Definitely recommend!

Good espresso machine
I liked this DeLonghi espresso machine. It’s beautiful, lightweight and doesn’t take a lot of counter space. It’s relatively quiet and easy to clean but I felt like it took me some trial and error to make it work. The instructions which are pictures are confusing and I had to unplug the machine to make it stop flashing lights. The frother works really well but the machine doesn’t come with a frothing pitcher. I did enjoy the taste of my coffee and will continue experimenting with all the different functions.

Easy to use quality espresso
This is amazing. I have always wanted an espresso machine. I always thought they’d be hard to use, but this is so simple and it’s so cost-effective because you’re using grounds instead of pods boy is this gonna save us a ton of money I love the look of it, the silver very pretty matches everything in the house and it works so easily. And the taste of the espresso perfect it’s nice and strong, which I love.

One handed Expresso making
Easy to use. You can make two cups at a time, which is convenient if you are trying to get out the door fast. The expresso was delicious. I like the security feature of the side knob for frothing. The machine seems very durable. We will enjoy using it for years.

Makes the perfect cup
Our old espresso machine broke awhile ago and I was so excited for this amazing upgrade. It truly makes THE perfect espresso. I couldn’t be happier. It’s also pretty to look at and not as bulky as our old one.

Fine for a beginner
It’s a convenient espresso machine. No frills and straightforward. You prep the coffee puck, lock in the portafilter, press single or double shot, and done! However, the portafilter feels cheap and plasticky. Usually they have some weight to it, and this kind of cheapens the espresso making experience. The setup is also a bit frustrating because the used puck is very difficult to get out. I’m used to banging the portafilter a couple times against the trashcan and it would come out all at once. Not with this one though. I had to pry it out. The tamper it came with was also plastic and while it had a spoon at the end for convenience, I found it very hard to tamper with because of that spoon at the end. There was no leverage. The taste, the most important part, I think didn’t deliver. Maybe because I’m used to a more expensive machine, but with the same beans and grind size, I kept pulling burnt and acidic shots from this machine. I’m not sure what the cause is, but I’m thinking it might be the portafilter. TLDR; it’s a decent value entry level machine if you prioritize convenience over anything. If the materials were more quality, this would easily be a 4* machine.

Small but mighty.
There are many espresso machines that are more expensive and more complicated that this one; however, this one is affordable and easy to use. Out of the box it's ready to go, maybe 5 minutes to set up. Like all espresso machines you need to keep them clean and this one is easy to manage and with a little practice, you will be a super barista.
