Worst experience I've ever had with Macy's - I paid full price for a brand new product and was sent a used espresso machine with no proper packaging, smudges on the exterior and on the some of the small parts. The parts were thrown in together with no protective covers and the machine could not even be removed from its package since it was jammed in. Return, however, was smooth since it was in person.
great coffee, poor milk froth
well designed and built, makes great coffee, but terrible at frothing milk (weak pressure)

don’t have much to tell, i’m the beginner. i really love this cute machine. i make my espresso every morning and night, works great! been a month and no issues.

This was so easy to setup and so easy to use . I love that it is compact and doesn’t take up a lot of space in my kitchen . The coffee consistently tastes good.

Fantastic for black coffee.
This espresso machine makes some mean coffee. Even if you buy a cheaper coffee it will make its magic. It looks sleek and beautiful in the kitchen. The set up takes some time and the manual is not the best. It is very detailed though and it might take a while to learn everything. I enjoy the bigger water container. The clean up is also very easy. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the frother. I don’t think it works properly and I would recommend one of those electric ones over this. Or if you have the budget and enjoy cappuccinos upgrade to one of those Delonghi machines with the milk containers. If you enjoy black coffee this is a fantastic machine.

Love it! I would give it ten stars if I could!!! The installation was so easy. It is designed to fit perfectly in a small kitchen or a big kitchen. It makes the perfect sized espresso every time and comes with the tools that are needed to make that perfect espresso. It’s a great machine that I know will last a long time even with all of house using it constantly. Definitely worth the buy!
