Do not recommend

This machine seems to be of good quality, but I wasn’t expecting it could be defective. When I first started using it, it began having issues getting stuck on the milk heater. It worked well for less than a month, then it stopped working again, got stuck on the milk heater, and no longer accepts the espresso options. Very dissatisfied with this product.

Macys doesn’t pack their stuff right!!

Never got it! UPS said hazardous spill and sent it back to Macys. Of course they were out of stock and couldn’t send me another one. Needless to say I’m not happy!!

Great Expectations!

I narrowed my selection to those making the smallest profile on my counter, the best reviews, and non- pod versions. My friend who has a similar machine, loves hers, as does my husband. This in in fact his holiday gift so we haven’t actually tried it yet, but it’s excellent reviews and meeting my3 main requirements I’m sure we’ll be pleased I’m sorry this isn’t a review post use, but I’m confident in the product name and I expect my husband will love it. I’ll check back once we try it!

Great Little Machine!!

This machine is perfect for our family! We aren't baristas by any means, but we are able to whip up both hot and cold coffee beverages to keep us out of Starbucks! Love it compact style and produces a great flavored espresso :)

Great for Beginners, but Steamer Disappoints

Love this machine for getting started with espresso—easy to use, looks great, and makes a solid shot. But the steam wand is pretty weak, especially compared to other DeLonghi machines. Great if you're just starting out, but not ideal if you're big on milk drinks; and unfortunately I am big on lattes
