I Love Coffee

It took me a while to figure out the workings of the machine and how to make a perfect cup of coffee. The instructions that are included are easy to follow and after a few tries, everything is set up and ready to go.

I would give it a zero if I could

The machine looks great but unfortunately the one I received does not work as promised in the manual. The latte and cappuccino is not one touch, but two touch operation. Also, sometimes the coffee doesn’t even make even though it grinds the pods. The tray under is getting a lot of water accumulated in it, despite me keeping a cup under the nozzles at all times. I also tried making coffee with ground coffee, and that did not work either. So either I was sent a completely defective machine or It’s just not worth purchasing.

Serious Descaling Malfunction

I want to warn other buyers about a major issue with this coffee maker. The descaling cycle gets stuck and can’t be bypassed, leaving the machine unusable after 4 months. I’ve spent a lot of time contacting the manufacturer and providing proof of purchase, videos, etc., and I’m still waiting for a resolution. Very frustrating—especially since I bought it from Macy’s and was redirected to the manufacturer with no help. I haven’t been able to use my machine for past few days. :(
