The Convenience is Hard to Beat

The quality of the grinder is not near the same as an old burr grinder I used before. The difference had a significant effect on the flavor and crema of the espresso. I had to search extensively for beans that would produce near the crema I was looking for. The process is entirely automated, significantly adding to convenience. Convenience vs. quality... I did not return the machine. Convenience won.

Great machine

Is my first espresso machine and i am enjoying a lot. With just a few button presses, you can enjoy a variety of delicious coffee recipe The only negative thing that is the water isn't hut enough

Absolutely amazing machine!

No more trips to the coffee shop for the perfect cappuccino and latte! This machine is a great machine for beginner baristas . Walks you through the process and makes it easy. Push a button and you become a true barista! Amazing! Makes your drink of choice perfectly! Excellent choice of multiple options to choose from. Foams your milk to perfection! Wish it had WiFi capability. Then my life would be perfect!

Love it

I really loved this product, but unfortunately I had to return it. The machine kept showing the message “Water circuit is out of water. Ready to refill?” even after we carefully followed all the instructions. The error repeated and it never worked properly. We wanted to exchange it, but it wasn’t available, so we had no choice but to return.

Fabulous tasting coffee!

My husband and I are big coffee drinkers. Over the past 25 years we’ve purchased 5 coffee makers. None of which made great tasting coffee! Now we have this one and we are on a coffee cloud every day!
