Poorly metered
Makes good coffee but the ounces selected does not match the output, it is way off. If I select 16oz I get exactly 12oz out.

Don’t buy
This product in concept is great. Take whole beens, grind them into the correct amount/strength for a variable size choice. However in practice this machine is absolutely trash. The sensors for when the grinds and water are low are super variable. The worst aspect of this machine though is the building of the internal mechanisms, specifically the grind and excess water disposal. This machine has an absurd ability to miss both bins so the inside of the machine turns into an absolute mess. There are grinds everywhere and water pooling. No mater how often I clean it, I see grinds in the most absurd areas sometimes with white mold and a nasty smell. Can’t believe DeLonghi still sells this.

Good with some issues
Good coffee and love the fresh ground feature. Quantity is off (6oz when selecting 8oz size ). Bypass for preground coffee produces a weak cup of coffee

Save your money
Purchased 2023 would not brew a coffee due to a broken switch n the inside. I had that repaired and ran fine without issues until recently it failed again with the infuser jamming up inside the unit. DeLonghi will not address this failure as it is 28 days outside of warranty which I thought was 3 years. Product came with no literature so I had no idea I needed to register it for a 3 year warranty. I did download the manual but there is no mention of having to register for a warranty. Unfortunately the support I received was horrendous. They did offer a 20% discount on a future product. Thanks but no thanks.

I love this coffee machine! It's so much better and fresher than a Keurig! It's also so much better for the environment!

Great Coffee Maker
I love this machine. It makes a great cup of coffee and is easy to use. 94 year old mom-in-law can use it with no problem.
