Nice Jeans

When I first got these I was unsure if I wanted to keep them because I have always worn skinny jeans. However I decided to keep them and so glad I did. They are very comfortable and look better on than I thought they would. I do have to wear them with heels becuase I have short legs but it actually makes me look taller.

So cute and stylish but.......

These jeans are made with cotton and spandex only. I returned them. I only buy pants and jeans with some polyester in them because they do not stretch out as easily and wash much nicer. I would advise you to look at the other styles of Democracy as they have a much more favorable material that doesn't wrinkle or stretch out as easily. I am a poly girl. It is great material, especially when mixed with cotton. This is so disappointing to me as I love the retro flare leg. It elongates my short legs and looks so stylish! I bought the bootleg democracy instead. If you love cotton, You will love these Flare jeans.

Jeans are great but SMELL was awful

Democracy is my go-to brand for jeans and these had a sale price at macy's rather than full price at the brand's website. Jeans, as expected, are fabulous (6P, 135 lbs, 5'2) BUT the smell was horrendous and I can't even describe it. Interestingly, this was the only item sent separately from others in the same order and I am grateful for that because the smell would have ruined the whole order. Returning and will buy from the brand again as this has never happened when ordering from them.
