Love these shorts
Love these shorts - run loose and stretchy - but oddly - still flattering! Kind to the waistline which runs larger - but not too large to look good when tucking tops in.
Not a good fit
I have several Democracy Jeans (4 P) and have been happy with all. I sized up with the shorts to an 6 P, and they are not at all attractive on a “curvy” girl. Very disappointed. These are made for skinny girls.

Stylish and comfortable!
This is the 4th pair of these shorts I have purchased... They are so comfortable and well-made! It is hard for me to find shorts at a flattering length but these can be worn cuffed or uncuffed, providing more options. They are roomy and forgiving without giving up style!

Democracy is my new GO TO brand
Very Stretchy - very comfortable and great quality. Nice wide waistband and ab structure which is very much appreciated. FINALLY Macys put petites back in the store I go to when I'm visiting in Ohio and I was able to try these on. Otherwise - not sure I would have found them! I'm 5' tall 120 lbs and the 6P fits perfectly.

These shorts are fantastic. They give a little extra when you are wearing them. The fit is great. Length is perfect for a mature woman. Love these shorts
