First 1 returned as the glue at the roof was sticking out. But return was easy. When the replacement arrived it was worth it. Department56 HP villages are detailed compared to Branford exchange and hallmark though those are great collection too. Prices at Macys were reasonable. The pight underneath the entrance moves too.

Great detail! As compared to my other Dept. 56 HP village pieces, this has the best light up ambience, the snow gilded rooftop glows with inside lighting in addition to the usual light ciming through the windows.

It's lit

I am a huge HP fan so of course I am going to be strict about what I say when I purchase anything HP. The HP Department 56 series buildings are all phenomenal. The Three Broomsticks' building is absolutely beautiful. This building is very detailed and lights up beautifully. It is made of mixed material like resin which makes the building less heavy and makes the lights illuminate even better.
