Order 4632461510 Terrible Experience

Re: Order 4632461510 and operator Sharath. When placing my order on Macy's website, the website would not populate the order into submission. Therefore, I had to call Macy's and place the order with an operator. The Macy's operator failed to select the gift receipt option. I contacted Macy's through an online chat to obtain a gift receipt. Operator Sharath informed me she couldn't help because the gift receipt option had to be invoked upon order submission. The only way to obtain a gift receipt was to return the order and repurchase the order. WHAT AN UTTERLY ABSURD SOLUTION. The online experience and customer service falls short. You should address this issue with your IT Dept. or vendor who has failed to have a simple resolution to produce a gift receipt. I doubt I'll be shopping at Macy's again.
