Item never received

Kind of hard to like the item when I never received it. Macys not much help sending a replacement.

Problem with Christmas ornament from Macys

Ordered 2024 dated Christmas ornament after Thanksgiving. Macys shipped the wrong date ornament twice. After speaking with a customer representative placed another new order in min December. This order never was delivered. The service is unacceptable.
