Missing design

I experienced the same thing with this jacket as the review below me. When I saw it online I fell in love and had to have it, but when it got to me, the swan and water lily were missing. I reached out to desigual, and just got canned responses and they never followed up. I returned and considered ordering again, but am dissuaded since it seems this isn’t just a one-off. BUYER BE WARNED!

Missing design

This jacket arrived without several of the key design elements shown in the product photos. The listing images feature a swan and a water lily but neither of these details appeared on the jacket I received. The actual jacket is a bit warmer in color and significantly more distressed than depicted in the advertisement, especially around the sleeves and collar. The item does not match the product images or description.

Great quality and unique design

Love this jacket. I have been stalking it for awhile. Finally on sale so I jumped on it. I usually wear medium but this is a European sizing so do size up. I ordered from this brand before and I am large for this brand.
