Beautiful but

I purchased this elsewhere per reviews & size chart. Large was recommended for me; that’s what I ordered. I returned it & then ordered directly from the desigual websites only they had XL. Well it took quite awhile because it had to go through customs! And the XL is too small! I can wear it but cannot close it, I’m not returning because though the size chart shows 2XL it isn’t available. I will make donating it open but won’t reorder their items: I think everything runs very small. And if returning it there are problems, it has to go back directly to the manufacturer. It is a beautiful piece, lined, back belt cones off, looks like it’s hand made. Beautiful but runs very small. I am 140 lbs & 38B
