I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEVATA

I placed an order with Macy’s on June 24, 2025, for four pieces of Devata Jewelry for a special family occasion. I received a confirmation email & expected it to arrive in time for our trip. But the next day, I discovered Macy’s had canceled the entire order without any notice or explanation. When I called, the agent claimed everything was out of stock—even though all items were still listed for sale on their website. I reordered the same pieces & I received another confirmation email only to have the second order canceled again the very next day, with no communication whatsoever. A second call to Macy’s yielded the same vague excuse. The agent was confused & referred me to Devata, who were completely unhelpful & indifferent, offering no support or accountability. Between Macy’s poor communication & Devata’s dismissive attitude, this was a deeply frustrating experience. Neither company delivered on their promises—or basic customer service. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND MACYS OR DEVATA
