DEFECTIVE ITEM SOLD!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

I purchased this bracelet three weeks ago and wore it for the 1st time today. I had attach the safety latch twice to confirm it was secure. An hour later, I noticed the bracelet was gone. I’m assuming the bracelet was defective and was sold anyways. #NOTHAPPYWITHTHEITEMANDDEMANDAREFUND😡😡😡😡😡😡

How embarrassing I bought this for a gift. The clasp does not work, and has to be jammed onto the prong. It is not functional at all.
