Dior never disappoints

A new favorite product in a beautiful sparkly Dior bag. I already use the Essence, Serum and Super Potent Rich Cream. One days use and I’m impressed with my skin’s texture. There must be new ingredients in the day cream. I also bought the minute mask which is extremely nice. I’m excited to see the changes in 8 weeks. I will definitely purchase the large day cream, and use my Capture Totale Super Potent Rich Cream at night. The Capture Totale line makes my skin look and feel amazing. I’ve been using Dior for at least ten years. It all started with a Dior rep giving me a handful of free samples of their Dream skin and moisturizers. Dior just keeps getting better and better.

No longer hydrating enough

No longer for me. I used Dior capture totale line for many, many years and my skin loved it. The reformulated version is not hydrating enough. The serum, day cream and super potent cream irritated my skin. Will never be buying any of these products again. Bring back old formula!

Lovely Christmas Set

I was so tempted by the lovely gift bag and it is such good value. The products are great for my 40 year old skin and I have a warm glow even without makeup. I also love the lotion, light scent and absorbs so quickly. I can highly recommend.

Customer service was not great

I was shopping around for a new skin care product and while I was waiting to get assisted one of the ladies from the Dior section offered to help me. She did her job of selling her products. However, she advised me that the serum and the lotion were the bigger size and the creme was about a medium size. When I open the box, the serum was the large size as well as the creme how it was mentioned but the lotion was a small size. Not what I was expecting. I highly recommend for them to be trained properly before they start offering their products. Also, the sale rep after she collected the payment, she handed me my bag and turned around without saying bye or thanks. Bad customer experience!

I love my Dior gift set!

I absolutely love the gift set. The sales woman Aliya was very helpful; She advised me of the benefits of each product. Aliya not only showed me how to use the products but also the amount. She even recommended using the message system to make any changes if needed. My purchase arrived in the exact timeframe she said it would. Aliya was amazing and so are the products. Thank you!
