Great Coverage - Bad Customer Service at Macys

I recently purchased a Dior product at the Dior kiosk inside Macy’s, and unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. Before purchasing, I simply asked if I could receive a small sample or tester to try the product on my skin. I was told that they do not provide samples. This was not about the product's price—my concern was entirely about my skin. I wanted to know how the product would feel, whether I would have a reaction, and whether it would work well with my skin before committing to the purchase. I have purchased Dior products at other locations and have never experienced being declined a sample or tester when asking to try a product. That made this experience particularly frustrating. When purchasing a higher-end beauty product, customers should be given the opportunity to understand how it performs on their skin, especially when skin sensitivity or potential reactions are a concern. I expected a much better level of service from Dior, but unfortunately, this experience at the Dior kiosk at Macy's did not meet that expectation. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience overall.
