Broken not working

everybody seems to have the same review of broken and not working. They were refusing my refund also. I think they are knowledgeable about these broken products and selling them anyway 😕

Other occasion to buy:This is a great toy to write and draw on. It’s really neat to use in the dark. My niece stayed on it for over an hour just drawing on it without the lights on. Very bright!
