Very bad service

I’ve bought this Disney Junior Minnie Mouse Chat With Me Cell Phone Set for pickup within a 2hrs window to pick up in store. After 4hrs went by and didn’t get an email from Macys I went to the store to find out what was going on.The associate Sequoya was very unprofessional and rude when I tried to find out what’s holding up order. She couldn’t give me a logical explanation as to the holdup. I offered to purchase one in store and cancel the order. When I got on the toys floor only to discover that they didn’t have it in stock. Why is Macys offering a 2hrs pick up after purchase when they didn’t have the item in stock to pick up in the first place. I couldn’t believe I was having that experience at Macys at all.Macys had lived up to it’s name in the past. Their standard has fallen way down. Shame on you Macys you have to do better.DISSAPPOINTED!

Not too happy

Like the idea, but the batteries were dead and it cost me twice as much to replace them than I paid for the phone....but I did it for my grandbaby. Just not happy about it.
