awful packaging

These items are collectible and most people keep them in boxes, and my box came completely destroyed

Where is my order?

I gave it 1 star because I have not received it yet. I ordered it online on December 5 for store delivery. As of today, the item is still being processed. I don’t know when it will be shipped. The only communication from Macy’s was a confirmation of my order.
