Very Realistic to the Balloon

I was very excited to receive this item as it sold out last year before I could get it! I was happy and disappointed when I opened this. The Minnie is beautiful and very life like matching the Balloon. However the top of it is stained with darker water spots. They do not come out! Happy to have her but sad she is not collectors quality for the marks that came on her!
