If you’re going to buy this, go pick it up!

I ordered this three times and it was crushed with glitter and glass everywhere. Customer service was very helpful, but it should not have been broken three times!

Came broken into pieces. Should’ve bubble wrapped it. Poor decision on how to send out. Was really looking forward to seeing it on the tree.

Shattered pieces

Very disappointed. The ornament arrived in a bunch of shattered pieces because it was poorly packaged. This would have been a beautiful ornament but the lack of care in packaging ruined it. Definitely needs improvement from shipping team.

Arrived shattered into pieces

I was so disappointed that this item arrived into pieces. I don't understand how you shipped something fragile in a box with no protection. I didn't even open the packaging, I am not willing to cut myself. This is not the first time it happened. Macy's needs to either retrain or hired people who is going to do the job properly. Very upset as I didn't get enough time to replace this gift. 😤😠😡🤬

Broken in pieces 😡

It came broken in pieces with all the snow out in the paper wrap. It is not the first time Macy’s sends us broken ornaments. Last year, we had to order the Minnie Mouse parade balloon ornament 3 times to get one that came intact. Why are you even sending them only wrapped in some flimsy paper, when they are fragile items and mostly sure they will break in transit? Back it goes and won’t be ordering from you again. Competition has BEAUTIFUL ornaments for same or lower price. That came INTACT.
