Only received one out of two articles

The necklace is as cute as could be, and I would give it five rating, but: I ordered two and the receipt in the package said that two were shipped. However, there was only one I went to the store and they called supplier and they said they would be sending me out one right away but it’s been several weeks now, and I have not received it. I text the company and no answer from them and I’m very discouraged. I really wanted it for Christmas for my granddaughters plus I don’t like to pay for something I don’t get.
